I was emailed by a recruiter who let me know that I would be called by the hiring manager. I give them brownie points for having me talk to the hiring manager instead of a screener. The manager was very pleasant. Asked me a lot of softball questions like "what is your management style?" and "Why Evenbrite?" Overall, it was a very good experience. The only ding I would give them is taking a week longer than promised to get back to me. That was annoying and inconsiderate.
