I apologize that you have had a negative experience with our company. This is not normally the case.
We make it standard practice to confirm interview times both over the phone and by email. We also like to maintain contact with candidates to ensure that questions are answered, both before and after the interview. We try to ensure that the hiring process is as accommodating as possible, which is why we are open to Skype interviews and interviews after hours when many companies insist on interviews in person during business hours.
I have spoken with those involved in the hiring process for the Recruitment Specialist role and it looks like there may have been some miscommunication and potential technical issues. Recently, we realized that outgoing emails on our email server are not being sent and it is something that we are working to have fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this may have contributed to the perceived lack of response.
As for our company reviews, they do not come up on the same day. Most of our staff have positive experiences with our company, which we love to hear, but as a company, we encourage staff to put up honest reviews as critical feedback is the only way to improve.
