Real easy went by smoothly. You interview with multiple people. The office setting is real nice. You meet in a confrence room were you interview with a manager. Then you leave the room and interview with three or more other people. After they determine your a good fit they give you a 2 week training process paid in cash. After your two weeks you go through a 3 month probation period. Be advised that over 200 people have been fired from this company in the last year and a half.
