The interview process had a few steps. Initial recruiter call -> 2 hour assessment -> Meeting with teammate -> Hiring Manager -> People Ops.
The worst thing about this process was the assessment. It was long and arduous. For such a low compensation position they really expected a lot. The compensation for this role was 35-40% less than my current role but I was will to take the paycut to join a new company and grow.
