I was conntacted through linkedIn from a recruiter saying id be great for the job. My goal the entire time was to just hear them out because I was already pursing other companies. I answered some questions via email. Then a phone interview from the senior recruiter. I am a to be graduate soon, so i am currently interviewing with alot of companies. Apex has been by far the worst experience. The lady did not sale the job and it felt very rushed. She asked if i would be at their career fair and if not just email. I emailed her and she never got back to me. Most companies give you the respect of telling you their moving forward with the process or not. I felt that was very odd when they were the ones who contacted me trying to convince a top notch gradute to work for their company.

Phone screening with HR; then video interview with branch team
Asked about background, what you knew about company, etc.
Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low

Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
