I applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later. We set up several phone interviews, and eventually a skype interview to discuss my background and qualifications. I was offered a position a month after interviewing, while my start date was a month after that.

"what are some geographic features you would include in a map that related to navigation."

The interviewer was really nice and he gave me a overall picture of how the job would be. They ask about you and GIS questions to see how knowledge you are in the field.

Good and informative. They told me about what to expect and what the day to day is going to be. Seems simple for people to understand their operation. Very informative and very nice. I liked it.

It was a phone interview and they just ask general questions about your GIS background. Not very many behavioral questions, mostly they just want to see your process for mapping or researching.
