Started with an interview process over the phone that was simple questions about your background, then they bring you in and have an MD interview you, the interview is more about personality and you need to look sharp. Answer the questions as best you can.

Had a great first couple of interviews with recruiter. Once I was passed to the local office staff, nobody ever got back to me. I was told it was because they were OOO on an office trip to Mexico. Still never called me back when they returned so I wrote them off.
