The recruiter reached out for a quick phone call as a screener to make sure you're interested in the company and that you would be a great fit. Only a couple of technical questions on that call, but they are conversational and mostly ask about what technologies you used.
Then an interview with the hiring manager with a few more technical questions.
If you make it past that, then there is a 1-hour technical interview where they go deep into problem-solving, riddles, programming structures. All the questions are psuedo-code and whiteboarded. No actual programming.

Started with 30min screening with recruiter. Next step is a 30min with manager. If that goes well, you get an in-person interview. My second round interview went great and even went over the time allotted to talk more. Due to Covid19, we weren't able to do in person interview and was told they had to figure it out. When I tried to get next steps a few days later, I was abruptly told they picked someone else for the position, which seemed generic as we were talking about multiple different positions being matched with.
