Extremely long and tedious. They interviewed me for 12 weeks continuously, then got mad at me because I didn't have a certain qualification for the role, even though I had told them that explicitly from day 1. The recruiter just didn't take any notes or pay attention, then tried to make it my fault and acted like I had covered something up.

Extremely lengthy processs to get to a "face to face" interview. First step is a basic online application. If your application is selected you are invited to take an online assessment. The online assessment consists of two components, the first being skill level. Audio is played in what would be a potential customer call you are then to input information, pull up the customer account and access varies screens and then select the correct/appropriate response that fits the customer need. The second component of the assessment is behavioral. 1 through 5 scale which do you identify with. That part is pretty simple.
After the assessment is reviewed and you are still a viable candidate you are then invited to another assessment of sorts. It is through a company called HireNet where you will be required to answer questions on video as well as a few basic mathematical questions.
You will receive an email from hirenet notifying you if you have been recommended for the face to face interview. In total up to this point in took about three weeks to four weeks.
If you are selected from the video interview you are invited to come to a customer service hiring event. And it is truly an event. Once you arrive you are greeted, given a visitor's pass as well as a fold over name tag with your name on one side and initials with a unique number on the other. You are asked to wait in a small conference room where refreshments are available. Promptly at the start time you are walked around the building where they go over some very basics about the call center. You are then brought to a very large room where there are twelve tables set up in a semi circle with 6 more table im the middle going around the whole of the room, you are instructed to sit at one of the twelve tables. Once everyone is seated you are told that each table you will be asked one question and have 90 seconds to answer when the time is up you are to get up and go to the next table. Basically speed dating.
