round robin speed dating style, met ops managers from each district for 5 minutes then moved to the next. Friendly people, usually two people at each table. although ive heard the set up has changed a little bit.

Entretien
Cast test, field test, and then interview. First you take a written construction aptitude test. Then you do a field test where you do a series of job related tasks for the field test. Then you have a
panel interview with job supervisors.
