I did two interviews, video interview and zoom interview. 2nd interview was a group interview, with rounds 10 rounds where people in the company from different places ask you question.

Why do you think you are a good fit to the company?
Very quick so far. Applied online same day was invited to take assessment. After passing the assessment then they make you apply again through Hire Art and answer 2 video questions and several written questions. Haven’t taken it yet but it seems a bit excessive for a call center position.
