Sat down with a manager in a relaxed setting. The interview felt comfortable, with a mix of standard questions alongside more personal ones, like discussing my favourite films and interests.

They asked if it’s better to be on time and good at your job, or turn up late but be excellent at it - something like that

Was easy and low pressure. Nice manager and was offered job on the spot. Questions were fairly lowkey, what hours can you work etc, and were happy to work around my uni schedule

Thorough, but very boilerplate questions. Perfectly fine interview. My prior commitments were considered in my working pattern, my questions were answered directly. No reason you shouldn't struggle with an interview here if you show you're engaged and willing to follow directions.

It was a really casual interview. Very friendly. More like a conversation sat in the main bar area of the venue. There was only one stage to the interview which is a face to face interview.
