It was very quick to get an interview after sending an application off, and the interview process itself was very straightforward. The questions asked were very straightforward and fair, as you were asked about previous experience as well as skills mentioned on the application and job role.

One interview asking personal attribute questions and questions specific to the NPLQ manual such as the roles and responsibilities of a lifeguard, and expectations within the role. Interview was held online, but this may have been due to the prevalence of Covid at the time.
