Basically, it consisted of a short skype call with one person, during the call he asked me basic questions about the position and why I feel that I would be a good candidate. I passed that interview and was then asked to submit a short video of myself dressed professionally explaining why i was interested in the role.

The interview and orientation seemed like it would be a cool job but i havent officially started there yet. I am going over reviews now and trying to see what the overall feel of the day to day is like.

They give a nice hour Tour of the place, they asked a few questions about yourself, just have a personality and customer service background and having a pa gaming license helps a lot. Now they will have you get a West Virginia gaming license
Group interview, everyone got several questions. They will ask some questions about how to deal with situations with different types of customers. And some video shows to you and find some ways to solve.
