Got an auto-generated email to set up a time to go physically to a location to interview. Got an auto-generated email to tell me I didn't get the role by the following Monday. The interview was average difficulty with no major curveballs. It was not very personable.

It was never clear who were going to meet for an interview. There was no consistency or structure who is allowed to hire you. By the time I left they were doing about 2 interviews.
