I meet the HR recruiter at a Conference and get a interview a couple of weeks later. Phone interview about 30 minutes. Non technical questions. He wanted to know my interests.

Interviewers asked hypothetical, lab safety questions. Pretty easy to answer—there isn’t a single correct answer I think. They just want to know if you have justification behind your answer. There were no questions about communication, teamwork, or anything related to your past experiences/extracurricular, which was quite surprising compared to other interviewers from different companies.

Had two interviews for different teams - one for life science (online) and one for chemical analytics (offline). Both asked me about the soft skills, but analytics team asked for more technical knowledge such as my experience with analytical machines like NMR and IR.
