Questions d'entretien chez Exafluence

A junior level admin have taken my interview who has a very less knowledge who doesn't even who the answers to his own questions. The level of questions they ask are very basic and even after answering all the questions correctly still they rejected saying they are looking for a lead admin. How can a junior choose his own lead by interviewing himself. Funny right!
