It was a telephone screening process to begin with. She spoke with me over the telephone for 15 minutes, explained the job thoroughly, she explained the hours to me, and what I would be doing, and when I would be working, and asked me if it sounded like something I would be interested in doing, and then she asked me the dollar range of what I would be looking for in a salary. Very organized, professional, and top notch! Had good listening skills, and excellent telephone communication skills with me. Very professional and outstanding in her field. She set up an interview with me, with the Operations Manager and herself, and followed it up with an email.
