this was a phone interview, I've got the offer a few weeks after I applies online. during the phone interview they asked about my background and what kind of projects I was part of, and explained the job in details

Was referred by a friend, exam was moderately challenging but is pass/fail and no scores are disclosed to any party including recruiter. Called for an interview the following week. It was a personality based interview utilizing the "STAR" method. A bit rare format in the interview, was like speed dating where 3 engineers interviewed me for 20 minutes. Awaiting a call back.
