Entretien
Straightforward and situational/behavioral.No unnecessary curveballs, just standard questions. Panel interview, it was a fair process. I could not get a good read as to whether I passed or failed, but I guess I did pretty well.
Exelon follows the STAR (situational, task, action, result) interview process and is all behavioral. Candidates should prepare their examples for this format. Interviewers grade based off how well candidates answered in STAR format.

Process was smooth and well organized. The process involved the the recruiter, team member and then hiring manager in that order. Not bad at all. Would recommend. Questions are behavioral.

STAR format interview. Typically virtual. Hiring manager and HR are on the call. Not a whole lot about your previous skills. Mostly the behavioral based questions. Pretty fast process start to end. One interview.
