J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Exiger (Washington, DC) en mai 2017
Entretien
The interview process was pretty quick and easy. Started off with a 30 minute phone screening and then after reviewing relevant research experience, we scheduled a writing assessment.
I was contacted two days later for an in-person interview in which I met with the research managers and HR. Overall very pleasant and simple experience.
Was contacted the next day with an offer.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Exiger en mars 2026
Entretien
I was approached by an HR representative from Exiger, who was very kind throughout the process. However, this was probably one of the strangest and most inefficient interview processes I’ve experienced.
I went through four different assessment stages. The final step required me to go downtown for a live assessment, which I successfully passed, followed by a panel interview. After that, there was no communication for almost three weeks, until I was eventually informed that they had decided to move forward with “more qualified candidates.” What made the experience especially frustrating was the length and intensity of the process compared to the lack of transparency and communication. Overall, it felt like a significant investment of time and energy without a well-structured hiring outcome.

Question 1
During the phone screening, I was mainly asked about salary expectations, whether I knew the industry. The panel interview was largely behavioural questions. Considering the number of assessment stages involved, the overall evaluation process did not feel particularly aligned with the level of scrutiny applied.
The interview process took about a week, I had to take a test to prove my research and analysis skills, then I took a language test (for the second foreign language I speak) and also I did an interview with the company's director at that time. Overall, the experience was easy and pleasant.
The interview was really easy, a couple of questions about myself and a little bit of talking in English. Nothing you couldn't answer on the spot. Basic interviewing questions. Asked how do I manage deadlines
