One of the best companies I have gotten to interview with so far. The process involved a technical phone interview followed by a technical project which I was able to do at my own pace over the course of a week. The interview process was enjoyable because unlike most companies, Exiger focused more on making sure that I could build a project since that is what the day-to-day work is like. I believe that this is a much better approach than all of the big name tech companies that just expect you to grind LeetCode for a month. The team seems very passionate about what they are working on and I hope they do well in the future.

Smaller company was recently acquired by Exiger. Apparently it was very for the recruiter to tell me they worked at AWS. I'm not sure why this is relevant to the position. Does this mean that you know how things should work? Completely irrelevant to the position or the company to include this information or expect candidates to care about your background as a recruiter.

It's a 3 part interview process. The first was a 1-1 interview with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. This is where they do their technical interview. The last interview is the behavioral questions

Spoke with HR rep. He was nice and asked about my process going through SEI bootcamp and my current position. Went to technical interview. Shared screen and did an in-person code challenge.
