I had interviews with Exit Intelligence during January / February 2021. Overall my experience was very negative. They didn't respect my time and I felt they didn't respect me as a person (this is a personal opinion). First interview was a technical discussion with the CTO. Second interview I had a discussion with the CEO. Third interview discussed with the CTO and a software engineer working at the team about the role requirements etc. Fourth interview with CEO and CTO (and another person I can't recall his role) to clarify some aspects about the role in order to investigate if I am a good fit. Maybe one of the worst interviews I ever had in my life. The interview process, especially with the CEO had no flow, moments of silence (!), full of random questions some of them not related to work. After the fourth interview I decided to email the CTO with my application withdrawal. They should improve the interview process. If they think an applicant is not a good match, that's perfectly ok, they should move to the next one.
