Good, HR was pretty good & made a friendly environment. interview was for up to 40 mins and it was explained well about the company and its opportunities. the compensation.

Tell me about yourself Why are you leaving your comp Greatest Strength Weakness Typing Speed what other things can you contribute to the comp standard of living in malaysia is very high and compensation tooo low will you be able to manage. how many calls you take per day? how is your KPI acheived, based on what. hope all this helps.

the process was the really long and hard
recruiter - English test - material assessment - material verbal test live on cam with share screen- speed typing test then the final interview with 5 people . i was really well prepared i answered all the questions they failed to put me under stress the final interview took only 30 min even one of them told me "u r over qualified, u r so good that u can take my place with a laugh" then after 3 days i received auto email " no reply email" with rejection without giving any reason after a month of the process i studied i passed all the stages. i was really upset not because of rejection but because of the disrespect. i even send an email to the recruiter to ask the reason they didn't even reply back

I had one interview at the beginning of the recruitment process. They also asked me to take English/CAP test. After that I had verbal test for the materials that they provided
