I interviewed through my university career fair. I submitted my resume at the career fair and was called back the next day for the interview. It was a very easy process. Basic resume and personality/goal questions. The interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to. I received an offer within about 2 weeks after the interview and accepted it a week later.
