I applied online and after they shortlisted some candidates, I went for the first interview with an HR. It was a quite standard interview. After I passed the first interview, they called me for a second interview with a panel of directors. They were quite efficient in terms of arranging the first and the second interview, but the initial CV screening phase was a bit slow.
