The process was not stressful the manager will be like chatting with me then will start ask a few small question then whether to be selected for the final interview.

Introducing yourself Strength & Weakness What will be the reason that you will be leaving the company after 3 month of work.
Screening call lasted about 10 minutes - chatting about yourself in general and also they want you to speek english on the phone
Three interviews with HR, department manager and district manager.
English test
Computer skills test - primarily on MS office programms

Entretien
3 interviews, relatively easy, know about the company, and where they stand in the supply chain process. The interviewers like to know what you know about expeditors. The people were very friendly.
