I was called in for my first interview with Ethan, the CEO. He called me back in the evening to schedule me for a second interview. I spent the day with a trainer, who interviewed me as well as showed me a little about what I'd be doing. She recommended me back to Ethan. I returned to the office for a 3rd interview, again with Ethan. He hired me before I left.

Entretien
i was recruited through internet service. There was a 3 day interview process , and a 3 week period of waiting before the first pay check. The people in the office are freindly, the work is high paced ,active ,and cheerful. The culture is global and encompasses many references from foreign and local cultures.
