I sent my CV to the HR coordinator. and I received the invitation to the interview. there was no phone interview. I arrived to the office in Tel Aviv and the manager, explained us about the BI technology. and after that we had exam at SQL. It was not so hard but not so easy... Few minutes after that we finished the exam the HR coordinator called me and said that she already checked my exam and I will not continue to the next step. I really dont know how can someone check long exam within few minutes... something was fishy but I can not explain it... If they dont know how to treat their candidates I can imagine how do they treat to their workers.

after a phone call setting zoom appointment. the zoom started with 20 minutes talk then 1 hour of sql test, then conclusion remarks 5 minutes. The test wasn't hard be you need to know sql.
