Took online assessment test and was called in for interview. I was e-mailed some information before the interview explaining that the interview would last about an hour with another half hour of roll play. My interview lasted only 20 minutes with no roll play. Total waste of my time. Reeked of age discrimination.

Be ready to explain your BD process and have clear answers. Easy questions and management is easy going.
After two interviews , I was made offer. Background check happened after you accept.
I spoke to a recruiter and was promptly passed to the hiring manager. After 1 call with the hiring manager, I was ghosted - no decision of whether I was moving forward or was rejected.

2 interviews total, both interviewers answered every question I had and were more than willing to discuss commission, benefits, pay, or anything else I inquired about. Easiest interview process that I went through while job searching.
