Interviewers were very down to earth, made you feel comfortable. Small panel of people with a list of relevant questions... very standard. First list of questions were extremely basic - standard for any position. References were checked fairly quickly.

Got the call from HR and then met with an HR manager and the hiring Senior Manager - Not too formal, they try to put you at ease during the interview. Be prepared for scenario questions.
