A thorough interview process with time and attention dedicated from the co-founders and senior leaders. Had multiple 1:1's with various folks. Loved that they spent the time to vet each and every potential candidate. Not scalable once the hiring reaches higher volumes, but sets the right foundation for the company.

The recruiter was very nice. My interview with the VP of Customer Success was held on zoom as he sits in NYC - he was nice and very transparent and informative, he maintained a pleasant atmosphere throughout the interview but mostly avoided eye contact.
