Dress sophisticated but with a little edge. Give detailed answers NOT ONE WORD, be confident and have a personality...the manager hiring U is gonna work with U so s/he's not gonna hire someone boring. Don't be the last person in the group to respond to a question.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
