I applied online through their company portal. They called the next Monday and asked to set up an interview on Tuesday. The store manager read interview questions from a printed copy, found that pretty unusual, but the questions were typical for the position in question. The interview lasted an hour. Was supposed to meet and interview with the DM directly after as they are supposed to interview all applicants along with the SM, but they were just sitting in their car on the phone. We waited another 10 minutes before we parted for the day. Never heard back from either the SM or the DM.

There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
