The interview process was very unorganized. I had 2 interviews, one with the Talent Acquisition Director and another with the HR director. The interviews themself went okay but communication and follow-up was awful. I would have to send multiple emails just to get an answer. After 2 good phone interviews thru both seemed very interested and I was told they wanted me to come in for an on-campus visit and that they would send me a confirmation date/time but they never did. Even after multiple follow-ups from my end. They pretty much ghosted me. This is a very bad look for a company of this stature.
