J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (King of Prussia, PA) en mai 2011
Entretien
the interview process started off by everyone meeting in the back of the store, around a table with a group of 8 or 9 other people not including 2 managers who were there, they started off by asking simple questions like what do you like most about this company, and why do you think you would be a great fit for this position in this company. what ever you answer just make sure you relate it to fashion/style and sales this was for an interview for a store opening up in King of Prussia Mall, other interviews have one on one meetings with the managers who ask the same questions and expect some sort of relative response to fashion/style and sales (if you want the job dress nice)

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
