J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Arlington, VA) en nov. 2011
Entretien
Worst interview process EVER. They take you into the food court - which is crazy loud - with like six other people. You can't hear anything and you can't have a real conversation because it's basically like being in a small college class where you have to raise your hand to speak.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
