I was asked basic situational questions as a part of a group, and then we went around the group answering the questions. Some of the questions were a bit awkward and subjective. They asked what I might do if a customer needed an outfit for ____. They also wanted to know about my initiative, i.e. what would I do if I had lots of customers but I thought another employee was spending too much time recovering the store instead of helping customers.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
