J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Salt Lake City, UT) en juin 2015

Filled out a little card in store so they could look out for my application, then applied online. There was a quiz that I had to take. The quiz was really easy, mostly just things like "would you come to work high?" and "would you tell your friends that you could 'hook them up' with a discount?" Obviously, you answer no to both of those, regardless of the truth. Take the quiz as if your grandma is going to see the answers. I later found out that a lot of people actually somehow fail the quiz, and if you do, Express won't even consider you.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
