They ask you when your available, ask you what are your skills, tell you their policies and mottos, they try to get to know you, after you Have your first interview and apply they will Have you Go through orientation, and the only thing I did not like about all of this process is the fact that I Had to enter in my personal info at least ten times which I don't think was necessary.
