I had applied for the Co-Manager position, and when the store manager called to set up the interview, he confirmed that is what I was interviewing for. Basic interview, standard questions. Very brief. At the end, he told me that the interview was for a sales lead, and that he'd hired a Co-Manager a week and a half before. Disappointing, and a waste of time. I wish he'd told me that when he'd first called.
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Entretien
Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
