It was rather quick. I had one phone interview and then had a panel interview with the hiring director, a his two bosses. By the time I arrived back at home, talent acquisition was calling to talk about an offer. The interview was completely unstructured which made me feel that it is difficult for them to have a consistent measure across candidates.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was asked to describe a handful of technologies and controls in depth. The deeper I went, the deeper the questions went.

Initial phone screening with recruiter, then in-person interview. Overall experience was negative as the individual that the company is seeking for is vastly different than what was posted on the job description.
The interview questions shows a gross misunderstanding of the specialty and industry. I would not be surprised if they do not find a suitable candidate anytime soon.

I have heard so many current and former employees discuss the negative culture of Express Scripts, but decided to apply for jobs with the company anyway thinking they could be wrong.... They couldn't have been more correct. These recruiters are the worst. This was my 2nd phone interview with Express Scripts- and they were both lead by recruiters with terrible attitudes. The position I was interviewing for was in their Legal department. It was clear the recruiter didn't understand the responsibilities of the position. She then wanted to discuss salary requirements (which I already specified before our call). She informed me this would be a "lateral" move, meaning exactly what I am making now (working for a non-profit, less work load, and more support staff). No thanks!
