Quick interview. They were very set in doing their processes the exact way they had been done for years. Not open to modern improvements. They said they wanted to use new software, but when I asked for more details, it turned out they wanted to do exactly the same labor intensive processes just on a new platform.
Phone screen. Then in person interview. Met in lobby brought up to meeting room and had interview. Was asked to to an assessment after the interview. Was brought back to the lobby. I sent a tabk you email later in the day

Entretien
I received an email from a HR coordinator requesting a phone interview, and had one with a talent recruiter within a few days which lasted a little over 30 minutes. I was invited for a face to face interview within two weeks after the phone interview, and met with senior managers for about an hour at the main office. The interviews are scheduled back to back, so if you are later in the day, you may not get a full hour because of the backup.
