Applied through LinkedIn listing, contacted by HR, phone call with HR, in-person interview with two managers. The in-person was delayed a bit because of scheduling on their side. Overall quite painless. Received offer a few hours after the in-person interview. I was waiting to hear about an offer from another firm, and ESI wanted a quick turn-around on my response, but I was able to ask for more time.
