Interview was pretty open and straightforward. They had 3 interviewees who asked about myself and my experiences. Then they asked about situational questions. They also took the time to introduce themselves, their roles in the company, what the job role entails, and what the full followup process is

Applied online. Discussion with recruiter led to phone interview with the hiring manager. Relatively lengthy phone interview compared to others. There were behavioral questions and job specific questions (provide examples of how you have performed duties in this role). Received offer week after interview.
