At first, they asked me to write something on a paper regarding some topic after that they called for F2F interview
Pros:
You will be most likely to get the job if you have command in basic knowledge in networking.
Cons:
They only want book definitions, not ready to listen when tried to explain with my own example.
less salary when compared with other companies,
3 years bond,
we have to submit all the original certificates to them.

To be honest, the entire process was not that complicated, the HR connected me over the phone soon after applying for the job. I would suggest, let them know about your experience in detail in the first call itself.

Applied Online and got called for the interview. Interview was based on my resume primarily. Explained my projects and my coursework. Easy to get internship. Was asked questions related to CCNA certification.
