had a phone screen for about 20 minutes then was told I would be moved to an in person interview. I received details about an in person interview and went to the site to meet the manager. This was very informal, we discussed KPI's, a day in the life and completed a site walk. I was told that I would receive a call from the District Manager and that if I didnt in the next day or two to follow up. I did not receive a call from the DM. I called and emailed the person I met on site and after a week still have not received a reply to my voicemail or email.

Nothing really out of the ordinary. There was a selling role-play exercise. The interview was fairly basic. I had two-in person interviews after a phone interview, both of which took over an hour. An additional person was present during the second interview which was kind of awkward. I didn't get the position and assume it was a blessing since they never got back to me one way or another, which I feel is unprofessional - especially for a company which claims to have a good culture. So, if you weren't selected, don't expect any notification. Update: a recruiter from Extra Space called just now, three weeks later, asking if I'd like to come in for an interview for the position just interviewed three times for less than a month ago. I'm quite beside myself right now...
