This was a very extensive interview process. You will interview with seven different individuals ranging from recruiter, HR, regional, director. The entire process lasted about 8 weeks. With this being said Extra Space is very protective of their culture and wants to ensure they hire the right fit.

What opportunities did you have on your yearly reviews?
Lengthy interview process, 4 total interviews before being told you're not a candidate. The entire process took over 2 weeks. Not a great experience. Each person I talked to couldn't really describe next steps outside of there being "more interviews".

They do a very thorough job of vetting the candidates. Fairly lengthy process overall. It was explained that from start to finish could be 6 weeks and they were accurate.
