Got call from consultancy about opening .No call from company regarding opening . After some day receive mail from company in which they send some pdf file of Questions and you have to submit answer in pdf format .2 weeks passess I submitted the question but no reply from company .No call from company.We live in digital word in 21st century but these people still using old 19 century technique like pen and paper. These people are just do time pass on name of process so called interview process. If you have seriously any openings then and then only do the recruitment process otherwise don't waste candidate valuable time.If you have free time then do other things don't do employees timepass.
