There were three rounds. First round was Skype with Project Manager and it was easy as he just gave insights view of the company and what applications are there. Second round was also skype interview with the QA team members, a developer and a project manager. The Interview was scheduled at 1 pm PST but started at 1.40pm and that too after sending email to HR, HR didn't respond. The interview was just the walk through of the resume. After the interview, got the message from the manager on skype that the HR wants to speak . She called me at 2.30 pm and said she will call within 1 min and later she called me after 45 mins. They don't value time of the people. After two days, got a call from the HR Director saying that i am selected and want to offer, i told her i will call her as i have few questions regarding the offer. I called her on that day itself and asked her few questions regarding leaves, pay etc .She said she will discuss with the management and get back to me. Next day, i got a call from the HR who took the interview that they want to revoke my offer and there is no offer.
